What is a Memory Vault portrait?
It's "the pic made out of pics"—A combination of award-winning designers and advanced machine learning algorithms + AI that reconstruct your favourite moment using 50 - 1,000 of your photos.
How many photos do I need and how do I upload them?
After Checkout, you will be sent a link to your upload portal. You can easily upload photos from multiple devices, and once you're done and confirm your selection, we'll create your Memory Vault portrait and send it for approval.
How many photos?
You can have a good Memory Vault portrait with as few as 50 images. Of course, aim for as many photos as possible. The best vaults turn up past 200 photos.
In short—the more you have, the merrier.
I want to gift a Memory Vault, but I don't have all their photos?
You can do a couple of things:
1. Ask them for to upload the photos themselves, using the link provided in your Email or after Checkout on the Order tracking page.
2. Ask them to send you the photos (any way works).
3. Get their photos from Facebook or Instagram (Screenshots and bulk downloads also work.)
4. Create them a shared folder in Google Drive or Dropbox or similar ask them to upload them there.
5. Gift them a Gift Card.
How long does delivery take?
Our team of professional artists aim to get your Memory Vault portrait proof finalized within the day or up to 1 business day.
After you have approved the proofs, printing takes 1-3 and delivery takes 4 business days.
Depending on the time of day, we may be able to ship out your print the same day, but this is not always guaranteed.
How are proofs sent?
Your custom Memory Vault portrait proof will be sent digitally through email, or you can use the Order Status page as soon as it is completed (up to 1 business day).
When you receive the proofs, you can approve or (if further revisions are required) Revise them.
Please check your email, as this will speed up the delivery of your order.
