Each album is handcrafted with love, printed on premium materials, and delivered lightning-fast. We specialise in turning your phone/DSLR photos into timeless coffee-table albums with delivery as quick as 48 hours (Hyderabad & nearby cities).
Q2. What album sizes and options do you offer?
We currently offer popular sizes like 6x9", 8x8", 10x10" & 8x12" with customisable layouts and themes. More formats are being added soon!
Q3. Can I order multiple albums in one go?
Yes! You can upload different sets of photos and order multiple albums together. Bulk orders may qualify for special discounts.
Uploading Photos
Q4. How do I upload my photos?
Simply go to our Upload Tool on the website, choose your images from your phone, ipad/tablet or computer, arrange them, and confirm your order. Easy as 1-2-3!
Q5. Are my photos safe after I upload them?
Absolutely. Your photos are encrypted, used only for album printing, and automatically deleted from our servers after 60 days of order completion.
Q6. Can I edit my album after placing the order?
Minor changes may be possible within 2 hours of placing the order. After printing begins, edits are not possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Q7. How fast is your delivery?
Hyderabad & nearby cities: 48 hrs (business hours).
Rest of India: 72 hrs – 5 business days.
International: 7–12 business days (depending on courier & customs).
Q8. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We deliver albums to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs/import duties.
Q9. How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.
Payments & Pricing
Q10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payments through secure gateways like Razorpay/Stripe.
Q11. Are there any hidden charges?
Nope! What you see at checkout is what you pay, except for international customs/import fees (if any).
Refunds & Returns
Q12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 2 hours of placing your order. Once printing starts, cancellations aren't possible since albums are personalised.
Q13. What if my album arrives damaged?
Don't worry. Just send us photos of the damage within 48 hours, and we'll reprint and ship a new one at no cost.
Q14. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only applicable in rare cases like failed payment, duplicate charges, or lost packages (see Refund Policy for full details).
Privacy & Security
Q15. Will you ever use my photos for marketing?
Never, unless you give us explicit written permission. Your memories belong to YOU.
Q16. How long do you store my photos?
We keep them safely for 30 days after delivery in case reprinting is needed. After that, they are auto-deleted.
Q17. Do you offer bulk/corporate album services?
Yes! We work with event planners, photographers, and corporates for bulk albums. Reach out for a custom quote.
